  • Beef liver 750 grams
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into 500 grams

  • 500ml coconut milk from half a grated coconut

Ground spices:

  • 5 red onions
  • Garlic 3 cloves

  • Fine salt 1 teaspoon or to taste

Cooking method:

  • Steam the beef liver, cut it into small cubes, then set it aside.
  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them until cooked.
  • Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil, then fry the large red hot pepper slices. Fry the hot pepper until wilted, then remove from heat.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan used to fry the red chilies.
  • Fry the ground spices, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant.

How to make:

  • Cleaning chicken liver and gizzards. Then boil with bay leaves.

  • Pour about 200 ml of water. Add coconut milk and stir until smooth.
