  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 lemon leaves
  • Half a liter of coconut milk
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 deaf flowers
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground broth as desired
  • Sufficient amount of granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cm ground galangal
  • Cooking oil 3 dm

Ground spices:

  • 5 curly hot peppers
  • 7 leeks
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 slice of turmeric
